TENNIS ELBOW

tennis.jpg

Tennis Elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis, commonly affects those that experience repetitive stress on the outer aspect of the elbow. This can happen with swinging a racket hundreds of times or repetitive wrist movement. I often see it in those who are performing repetitive tasks at work or through the usage of tools.  From my experience in treating those with Tennis Elbow, pain is typically influenced by a few main variables - speed, force, and tolerance to repeated movement.

With the right training through physical therapy to restore muscle strength, integrity, and capacity for movement, you'll be back on the court in no time and your elbow will say "Thank You!"
