Chronic, or persistent, pain is something I treat clinically every day but I realize each person and each story is unique. Therefore, it's important we take additional time to navigate the patterns of your mind and body so we can have a better understanding of what will lead us down the right path. As a physical therapist with special interest and advanced training in treating those with chronic pain, it is my goal to help you unravel the complex ball of yarn in order for you to start living life more fully and more comfortably.


Personally, I've seen some amazing transformations in my patients that have slowly implemented healthy habits (sleep, nutrition, social activity) coupled with gentle, graded activity. That being said, just as a guide can help you navigate through the forest to the top of the mountain, I can help you reach your optimized function with less pain so that you're living the life you envision.
