WRIST & HAND PAIN

wrist and hand pain

Pain in the hand and wrist is typically due to repetitive overuse, injury, trauma or age-related changes. That being said, the appropriate plan for reducing pain and restoring function is unique to each person. Regaining mobility, strength, and function can be accomplished with specific hands-on techniques supplemented by corrective exercises. Taping and bracing techniques may also be applied.

Movement Restoration Physical Therapy can help with many wrist and hand conditions including DeQuiervains Tenosynovitis, wrist sprains, tendon injuries, fractures, trigger finger, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, neuropathies of the wrist and hand, loss of grip strength, and thumb pain.
