KNEE PAIN
Causes of knee pain can vary between each person and often depends on one's age and general activity level. Most knee pain can be treated conservatively and naturally through physical therapy which targets areas that need additional flexibility, strength, balance, and support. Whether it's a new injury or something you've struggled with for a long time - I am here to help. I've witnessed amazing transformations as my patients have started to move more comfortably and confidently. That being said, if you struggle to walk, stand, transition, navigate stairs, kneel, or perform basic daily tasks, I encourage you to reach out to me.

As a physical therapist, common diagnoses I evaluate and treat include, but are not limited to: osteoarthritis pain, meniscal tears, ligament ruptures and repairs (ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL), patellofemoral pain syndrome, hamstring strains, patellar tendonitis, knee bursitis, and gait deviations due to pain.
